JAMMU, Mar 8: MLA Jammu West Arvind Gupta on Sunday felicitated Sugandha Gupta, who secured All India Rank (AIR) 207 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2025, describing her achievement as a moment of pride for Jammu and Kashmir.
The MLA honoured Sugandha Gupta, daughter of Virender Gupta and Anjana Gupta and a resident of Shakti Nagar, Jammu, during a felicitation interaction where he praised her dedication and determination in clearing one of the country’s toughest examinations. Congratulating the young achiever, Arvind Gupta said her success reflects the hard work and perseverance of the youth of the region.
“Sugandha Gupta has made her family and the entire region proud. Securing AIR 207 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination is a remarkable accomplishment and a testament to her unwavering dedication and discipline,” he said. He further stated that such achievements inspire thousands of aspiring students across Jammu and Kashmir to work towards their goals with determination and commitment. “Her success story will motivate many young minds in our region to pursue their dreams and serve the nation with integrity and dedication,” Gupta added. Gupta also wished Sugandha Gupta success in her future responsibilities as a civil servant and expressed hope that she would contribute significantly to the development and progress of the country through her service.
