Manmohan Singh and Pak President Pervez Musharraf for involving joint mechanismby the two countries to tackle terrorism has not yet dried that chinks have started appearing in implementation of the decision. There is also a view point that bringing in of Al-Qaeda into the Mumbai blasts is an attempt to absolve Pakistan of its responsibility, on the ground that Al-Qaeda is not under Pak control and that Pakistan, in collaboration with USA has been already fighting against this dreaded international terrorist out fit. In that case involving of a joint mechanism by India and Pakistan to meet the menace is justified. |
