Chief Secretary flags off 27th Annual Charri Yatra of Sukrala Mata led by Mahant Shri Lucky Baba from Bhagwati Nagar

JAMMU, Mar 14: The 27th annual Charri Yatra of Sukrala Mata commenced on Saturday with great religious fervour after being flagged off by the Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir, Atal Dulloo, from Mahant Shri Lucky Baba Ji (Vaishno Mata Mandir) at Bhagwati Nagar in Jammu. The sacred procession began early in the morning in the presence of senior officials, religious leaders and a large gathering of devotees who assembled to take part in the spiritual journey. The Yatra started at around 8:30 AM from the temple premises and proceeded towards the revered Sukrala Mata Temple.
Hundreds of devotees joined the procession, chanting Bhajans and devotional hymns, creating a spiritually vibrant atmosphere along the route. The first milestone of the pilgrimage was marked at Bhagwati Nagar Tawi Bridge, where many devotees offered prayers and sought blessings. Speaking on the occasion, Atal Dulloo expressed hope that the pilgrimage would conclude peacefully and successfully. He said such religious gatherings strengthen faith and provide an opportunity for people to come together in devotion and harmony. He also appealed to the public to use such occasions to promote communal harmony, brotherhood and peace in society. Dulloo also prayed for the safety, well-being and prosperity of all devotees participating in the Yatra and said that the blessings of Mata Sukrala inspire people to follow the path of righteousness, harmony and service to society. Mahant Lucky Baba, the organizer of the annual pilgrimage, offered prayers for the safety and well-being of all devotees participating in the Yatra and expressed gratitude to the administration and police authorities for their support in organizing the event.
