Young man in Hajin like Showkat Ahmad & Sajad Ah of Asham have been picked up by police and shifted to Srinagar police stations. Similarly in Bandipora youth are being accused of having participated in last year’s agitation and made to sign undertakings and make mandatory appearance at police stations. The PDP spokesman also said these tactics are in clear violation of what the chief minister Omer Abdullah has been claiming. He further has cautioned the government to stop the strong aimed tactics and instead of framing the young men in false cases provide them better avenues of employment and positive participation.
