District Congress Committee Youth General Secretary Doda Tariq Hussain Batt Kellar on the direction of party high command tour many far flung areas of the Bhaderwah constituency to know about the various problems being faced by the people of villages .
Tariq Hussain Batt Kellar also thanked the people of the constituency while addressing to various gatherings of rural people for casting their franchise in favor of Congress candidate Mohd Sharief Naiz in bye-election with thumbing majority. Locals demanded MLC seat for the visiting congress leader..Mr Tariq was accompanied with Sheikh Mohidin ,Ab.Rashid Malik ,Divan Raj and Basant Raj during his tour.
