Jammu, May 30: “The selection of Subodh Kant Sahai as union minister is a welcome decision taken by Sonia Gandhi as UPA chairperson,” said Jugal Kishore Gupta while addressing the Jubliant workes, associates and executive body members of Jammu Kashmir Panchayat Parishad (JKPP). Gupta further said all India Panchayat Parishad Delhi and its state units and affiliated bodies feel honoured.
The speakers on this occasion appreciated the qualities of dedication, devotion, sincerity action of Subodh Kant Sahai. They prayed for further progress of AIPP under his able guidance as its president.
Several block presidents, members of Panchayati raj institution, senior citizens, youth leaders and social workers were present in the gathering. Besides G.R. Mehta Kewal Krishan, Rajeev Dutta, Sankit Mahajan, Anil Charak, Surjit Ram Paul, Veena Sharma, Deepmala Gupta, R.C. Sasan, T.R. Sharma, Rattan Chand were prominent among those present on this occasion.
