JAMMU, May 30: The 105th annual Devi Bani Kesari Vishal Dangal, organized by Manwal Dangal Committee in association with J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association, shall take place on June Ist at Devi Bani Mandir Manwal in District Udhampur.
A decision to this effect was taken in a meeting held under the chairmanship of Shiv Kumar Sharma, president J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association.
Those attended the meeting were Yash Paul Singh, Sagar Singh, Hem Raj Gupta, Kishori Lal Gupta, Karnail Singh, Makhan Lal, Sanju Sharma, and Bishan Dass lamberdar (all members Manwal Dangal Committee).
“A number of prominent wrestlers including Roshan lal, Jakker Hussain, Benia Bean, Onkar Singh, Qasim Din (Billu), Mohd. Akram, Swarn Singh. Ali Mohd., Tirath Ram, Kulbir Singh, Kaka Ram, Prem Verma, Manjoor, Bita, Jakker (Billu) Murad Ali and Kalu have confirmed their entries for the participation,” Shiv Kumar Sharma told SAN.
