Jammu, May 30- The TADA Court today issued warrants against Rafiq alias Nanaji for securing his presence in the Court on the next date of hearing while it exempted
JKLF Supremo Mohammed Yaseen Malik Javid Mir alias Nalka, Showkat Bakshi, Manzoor Ahmed Sofi, Mehraj-ud-Din, Wajahat Bashir, Zaman Mir, Iqbal Gandroo, Yaqoob Pandit involved in the kidnapping of Dr. Rubiya Syed daughter of then Union Home Minister Mufti Mohammed Syed and killing of five air-force personnel for today as Advocate Yogesh Bakshi, appearing for the petitioners including JKLF chief Yaseen Malik and others, submitted that they are under house arrest so unable to attend the Court. However, Ali Mohammed Mir was alone present in the Court whereas Rafiq alias Nanaji was not present.
