| Liquor smuggler arrested | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, May 30: Excise Department at Lakhanpur Toll post today recovered 23 bottles of Liquor each of 750 Ml from Tara Chand S/o Nanak Chand R/o Village Khog Tehsil. Billawar which were planned to be saled in Uttarpradesh and Chandigarh. During the routine checking at Toll Post, the accused was searched and found carrying bottles without valid documents in concealed manner in a bag who was trying to smuggle the same into J&K state. The accused along with the seized liquor was latter handed over to Inspector Excise Sub Range Kathua for initiating necessary action under law.
