Interacting with the local residents, the Minister reiterated the government's commitment towards ensuring responsive, transparent and citizen-centric governance. He said such outreach programmes are vital to bridge the gap between the administration and the public, particularly in rural and border areas. During the meeting, Satish Sharma conducted a comprehensive review of the ongoing development works and departmental functioning in the area. He directed the concerned officials to adopt proactive approach in resolving the public grievances and ensuring timely redressal of genuine public concerns. He emphasized that accountability and accessibility must remain the cornerstone of a good governance.
Highlighting the importance of inclusive development, the Minister stressed that no area would be left behind, especially regions like Khour which require focused attention due to its geographical and strategic significance.
