| Barkat Ram Sharma’s death condoled | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Sunderbani, June 1: A condolence meeting of block congress committee Sunderbani was held under the chairmanship of MLC, Ravinder Sharma in which deep shock and grief was expressed over the sad and untimely demise of Barkat Ram Sharma, a prominent congress leader of Sunderbani who passed away last night after a brief illness.
Speaking on the occasion Sharma recalled the services of Late Barkat Ram Sharma to the congress party and the people of Sunderbani area. His death has created a wedge which is hardly to be filled up. Two minutes silence was observed in the meeting and it was prayed to almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and courage to the family members to bear this irreparable loss.
His funeral was attended by Sharma, leaders of block congress committee, prominent citizens and a large number of people of the area.
Sharma along with Gian Chand, Lok Nath Khajuria, Tulsi Dass, Mohd. Sen Patel Kumar, Sat Pal and others visited the residence of departed leader at Bajabain and expressed grief with the bereaved family.
