SRINAGAR, Apr 13: Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Javid Ahmad Dar, today extended warm greetings to the people on the auspicious occasions of Baisakhi, Foundation Day of Khalsa Panth and birth anniversary of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar being observed on April 14.
