Jammu, June 1: A day long civil defence (CD) awareness camp was organized under the command of Khalid-ue-Rehman, Dy. Controller civil defence, at NCC camp Nagrota.
During the camp demonstration on rescue opposition was given among the NCC cadets present in large number. Besides this role and scope of civil defence organizations and its coordination with NCC was highlighted.
Among others present on the occasion were Dr. Ram Bushan Singh, chief coordinator UNDPP, Dy. Warden Shashi Kohli, Alok Nanda, HC Ram Chand, Drub Singh, Rajesh Kumar and Mohanlal etc.
