TMC's game will end Bengal's development will begin: CM Yogi

Early Times Report
JOYPUR (PURULIA), Apr 20: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday addressed a massive public rally in the Joypur Assembly constituency of Purulia district in West Bengal, appealing for overwhelming support in favor of BJP candidate Vishwajit Mahato. Highlighting the contrast between Bengal's glorious legacy, rich cultural identity, and the present state of disorder and hooliganism, he said that Bengal has been the land of great personalities like Ramakrishna Paramhansa, Swami Vivekananda, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, and Khudiram Bose.
The clay art of the Kumhar-Prajapati community, the globally renowned Chhau dance tradition, the warmth of Kurmali-Santhali culture, and the sweetness of date palm sap define Bengal's true identity. He asserted that while Mamata Didi says "Khela Hobe," the game is now over, and the time for Bengal's development has begun.
Chief Minister Yogi said, "It is our responsibility to preserve heritage while advancing development. Bengal has been a land of inspiration and once guided the nation. It had immense talent, but that talent is now migrating. It had strength and enterprise, but these have been weakened. Bengal once had everything needed to lead India, but due to a conspiracy, it was first turned into a hub of disorder by Congress, then by communists, and now by TMC."
He noted that "Vande Mataram," which originated from Bengal, became a timeless mantra of India's freedom struggle. As this year marks 150 years of "Vande Mataram," he said Bengal must be freed from TMC. A TMC-free Bengal, he added, would mean a double-engine BJP government, which in turn would ensure the start of development in the state.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said, "The sacred land of Joypur is a witness to the courage and sacrifice of Veerangana Labanya Prabha Ghosh. The artistry of the Kumhar and Prajapati communities, the sweetness of date palm sap, and the world-famous Chhau dance form are hallmarks of this region's culture. The warmth and inclusiveness of Kurmali and Santhali traditions are its real strengths."
He said this is the same land that produced great figures like Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, Swami Vivekananda, Ramakrishna Paramhansa, Lahiri Mahasaya, Swami Pranavananda, and Khudiram Bose.
However, under TMC rule, issues like restrictions on Durga Puja, alleged atrocities on Ram devotees, love jihad and land jihad, cow slaughter, mafia rule, closure of industries, and unemployment of over 30 lakh youth are affecting Bengal.
