UDHAMPUR, Apr 21: During routine traffic checking at Zero Morh Rehambal, a police party of PS Rehambal apprehended a suspicious person who attempted to flee on noticing the presence of police team.
On his personal search, 3.58 grams of heroin were recovered from his possession. The accused has been identified as Vivek Choudhary S/O Raj Kumar Choudhary R/O Rehambal, Tehsil and District Udhampur. In this regard, case FIR No. 82/2026 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act stands registered at Police Station Rehambal. The accused has been arrested and further investigation into the matter is underway. |
