CMO Doda inaugurates Truenat Machine dedicated to PHC Bhagwah

DODA, Apr 29: In a significant development aimed at strengthening healthcare facilities in the remote areas of the district, the Chief Medical Officer Doda, Dr. Tanveer Ahmed Rather, today inaugurated a Truenat Machine dedicated to PHC Bhagwah.
With the installation of the machine, TB tests will now be conducted at PHC Bhagwah, providing timely diagnostic services to the people of Bhagwah and adjoining areas.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Tanveer Ahmed Rather said that the Health Department remains committed to upgrading healthcare infrastructure and ensuring better medical facilities for the public, especially in far-flung and underserved areas. He emphasized that the addition of the Truenat Machine would greatly benefit the local population and strengthen healthcare delivery services.
District Epidemiologist Mr Umar Anayat, Mr. Mashhood Latif, BM&EO Ghat, besides the staff of PHC Bhagwah, were also present on the occasion.
The staff of PHC Bhagwah and local residents expressed gratitude to the Chief Medical Officer and the Health Department for this valuable initiative.
The inauguration reflects the continued efforts of the Health Department Doda towards modernization and strengthening of healthcare institutions across the district.
