CHANDIGARH, June 6: Vijaykumar Nivrutti Kamble, Executive Director of UCO Bank, inaugurated the newly opened UCO Bank branch at New Chandigarh on 06.06.2026, being 72nd branch under Chandigarh Zone. On the occasion, Zonal Head Ms. Milan Dubey welcomed the Chief Guest Mr. Gurinder Singh Bhatti, Real Estate Tycoon and other dignitaries.
Addressing the gathering, Ms. Milan Dubey stated that UCO Bank remains fully committed to its social responsibilities and continues to achieve steady progress across all areas of banking operations. She informed that the Bank's total business has crossed Rs. 5 lakh crore, reflecting its strong financial position and the trust reposed by customers.
Speaking on the occasion, Executive Director Vijaykumar Nivrutti Kamble highlighted the vital role played by banks in the economic development of the country. He informed that on the occasion of UCO Bank's Foundation Day, the Bank will inaugurate 150 new branches across the country on 6th January, marking a significant step towards expansion and financial inclusion.
He also appreciated the efforts and dedication of the Bank's management and staff in contributing towards the Bank's growth and achievements in various fields. Ms. Dubey further mentioned that the newly inaugurated branch has been equipped with modern banking facilities to provide enhanced convenience and efficient services to customers. She also briefed the gathering about the Bank's various deposit schemes, loan products, and digital banking services. The programme was attended by branch officials and staff, along with a large number of local residents and customers. |
