| Dr. Parikshat awarded Canadian fellowship | | |

Dr. Parikshat Singh Manhas Associate Professor, The Business School and in Centre for Hospitality & Tourism Management, University of Jammu and also the Coordinator, Global Understanding Course has been awarded Canadian Studies Faculty Research Fellowship for the year 2009-10.
The fellowship recommended by the executive Council of Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute is sponsored by ICCS (International Council for Canadian Studies) / DFAIT (Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade), Canada.
Dr. Parikshat is the only management teacher from India who has been conferred with this prestigious fellowship and in the process professors from even IIM’s have been left behind by this young scholar. Dr. Parikshat would be working under Dr Michel Langlois, Director of Graduate Studies in Tourism and Hospitality Management including the Executive MBA program in Tourism and Hospitality at the University of Quebec in Montreal’s business School.
