| DG-NCC visits NCC Directorate | | |

Lt Gen RK Karwal, AVSM, SM, VSM, DG NCC who is on his three day long visit to state visited NCC Directorate J&K. The General was presented salute by Cadet Guard on arrival.
According to official spokesperson, the visiting authority was briefed on the NCC activities in the State by Brig Anil Gupta, Deputy Director General.
‘The General appreciated efforts made in reviving the NCC activities in the otherwise difficult conditions and reaching out to the remote areas in the State, which is one of his key results areas. Lt Gen Karwal was impressed with the number of NCC cadets from the State joining Armed Forces as officers.
