| Under OP Sadhbhavna Army constructs VTC Kalal | | |

Army has constructed a ‘Vocational Training Centre’ at Kalal in Naoshera Tehsil in Rajouri District under Operation Sadbhavana which was inaugurated today by GOC Dah Division. The project was undertaken by a Regiment of Dah Mountain Artillery Brigade under the aegis of Dah Division.
Defence Spokesperson Jammu stated VTC was inaugurated by the General Officer Commanding Dah Division here today in a colourful ceremony which was attended by civil dignitaries, locals, ESM and serving officers of the Army.
Addressing the mammoth gathering the Chief Guest expressed his resolve for overall development of the region to achieve the objectives of ‘Kushal Sarhad’, occasion was also graced by Chairperson, Family Welfare Organisation, Dah Division.
A state of art building with modern machinery to impart training in Embroidery, stitching and knitting has been established besides computer education for youth. It has also been furnished with a library for all age groups. The Management Committee of local residents has employed talented staff for the VTC.
