| Park to came up in Ward - 53 | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 7: The Commissioner Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Mubarak Singh laid out a foundation stone of a park in dream land colony of Trikuta nagar in ward no. 53 here today.
For the construction of park a sum of rupees five lakh has been ear-marked and out which Rs 3 lakh has been spent on it. Residents on the occasion brought into the notice of commissioner about the dialiapated condition of roads in Trikuta nagar. Commissioner assured the residents that JMC is keen to repair the roads etc and needful will be done, beside additional Safari Karamcharies will provided on need bases to improve the sanitation of the area.
Speaking on the occasion Corporator of the ward, Subash Chander Verma said that JMC chairman has assured to install halogen lamp in park. Among others present were Vikram Handa, A.K Bhagat, K.D Sharma, V.K Puri, Bhajan Singh and Surjit Singh Choudhary.
