| Reservation hailed | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 7: The Jammu and Kashmir Scheduled Caste Employees Forum in its meeting held here, tody thanked the Jammu University Vice-Chancellor Professor Varun Sahni for grating reservation to SCs and STs in M.Phil courses being run in the University of Jammu and hoped that the Vice-Chancellor would resolves other isues of SCs also.
The forum urged the State government of Jammu and Kashmir to set up a commission for SCs (on the analogy of other commissions established by the government in the state) with powers of a Civil Court to look into the complaints of SCs and redress them on its own level.
