| Over one lakh devotees pay obeisance at Dori Dager | | | Early Times Report
DORI DANGER (JAMMU), JUNE 08 -Over one lakh devotees of Baba Mai Mal ji paid obeisance at Devsathan Dori Danger in block Khour tehsil Akhnoor on the Jeshth Purama bi-annual congregation.
Thousands of devotees thronged to the Devsathan to seek the blessings of widely revered revolutionary Baba ji who scarified his life for the cause of the farmers’ community and thronging away yoke of feudalism. The shrine has witnessed tremendous development during the recent years as a number of sarais have been constructed by the shrine management committee and Tourism Department for the stay of the yatris.
District administration had made elaborate arrangements like traffic regulation, security, drinking water, power supply and healthcare for the smooth conduct of the 2-day mela at the picturesque spot Dori Dager.
Free Langers were organized by the management committee throughout the mela. A mega dangal was also organized on the concluding day wherein wrestlers from within and out side the state participated.
