SRINAGAR JUNE 10: As per a notification issued by Registrar General, Jammu and Kashmir High Court, the Munsif Court of Banihal shall observe ‘winter recess’ instead of Summer vacations, which was notified earlier. The notification has been issued in partial modification of High Court Notification No. 116 dated 21.05.2009.
