Early Times Report LEH, July 2: Dr Vivek Sharma, National Co-Convener of the Intellectual Forum of BTSM and President of the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Union Territories, called on the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, Kavinder Gupta, during his visit to Leh. The meeting was held in a warm, cordial, and constructive atmosphere, providing an opportunity for a meaningful exchange of views on issues concerning national integration, cultural heritage, and the strengthening of India's civilisation and cultural ethos. On behalf of the entire BTSM fraternity, Dr Vivek Sharma congratulated Shri Kavinder Gupta on his appointment as the Governor of Himachal Pradesh and conveyed his heartfelt best wishes for a successful and impactful tenure. The delegation also acknowledged his dedicated service as the former Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh and appreciated his significant contributions to the development of the Union Territory through various initiatives that strengthened infrastructure, improved public welfare, enhanced administrative efficiency, and promoted inclusive development.
