REASI, July 4: Continuing its relentless drive against drug trafficking under the Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyan, District Police Reasi has taken another significant step towards dismantling the infrastructure used in narcotics-related offences.
Today, Reasi Police obtained an order under Section 52-A of the NDPS Act from the Hon'ble Munsiff Court, Katra, for the disposal of a conveyance bearing registration No. JK02AS6667, which was involved in FIR No. 160/2026 registered under Sections 8/21/22/29 of the NDPS Act.
Similarly , an order has also been obtained under Section 52A from Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Reasi ,for the disposal of vehicle having registeration no. JK-20/0588 which was involved in FIR NO.95/2026 U/S 8/21/22/25/29 of the NDPS Act.
District Police Reasi remains steadfast in its commitment to the Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyan and will continue taking strict legal action against the vehicles involved in narcotics-related offences. |
