AKHNOOR, July 5: The annual meeting of the Chib Community was held on Sunday at Chib Dev Sthan, village Nad, Akhnoor. Shamsher Singh Chib was unanimously re-elected President of the All India Chib Community.
A new executive committee was also formed at the meeting, with Vachan Singh elected Chairman, Kewal Singh Chib General Secretary, Ghar Singh Chib Treasurer, and Madan Singh Vice President.
In addition, Pawan Singh, Ajit Singh, Krishna Singh, and Darshan Singh were nominated as members of the Executive Committee.
The meeting discussed in detail various issues related to the community's social upliftment, strengthening the organization, and social welfare. The newly elected office bearers resolved to work together for the community's development and strengthening mutual unity. |
