| Open chess championship from June 20 | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 11: All Jammu and Kashmir Chess Association is going to organize three-day State Open (Men & Women) Chess Championships from June 20 at Mahajan Hall, here.
“Interested players can submit their entries to the organizing committee at the venue itself at 8 am on June 20. It will be followed by the first round of the competition under the guidance of technical committee,” general secretary of the Association, Baldev Raj told SAN.

“It will be out of the state championship that probable for National-B Chess Championship, to be held at Kolkata in September, would be selected by the selection committee of the Association,” informed the general secretary.
