Jammu, June 11: A day long Dogri mushiara was organized at Kuppar Pragatta by the J&K academy of art, culture and languages today. Prominent social workers of the area Girdhari Lal Sharma was the chief guest while renowned Dogri poet, Surinder Singh Manhas welcomed the audience.
The poets who recited their poems in the mushiara included MasterAshok Sharma, Raj Kumar, Jagdish Raj, Ram Pal, Narayan Dutt, Vishal Dogra, Sansar Chand, Naik Chand, Hans Raj Sharma, Subash Sumbria, Bishan Dass, Barkat Ali, Kamal Verma, Janak Raj Bhagat, Des Raj Bhagat, Puran Chand, Kailash Devi and Vijay Kumar .
Brijmohan, editor Dogri, cultural academy presented vote of thanks Dr. Rattan Lal Basotra, Assistant Editor, Dictionary, prominent citizens, writers, artists and locals from Kuppar Pragalta were present in the Mushiara.
