Bhalla leads Cong protest at Akhnoor to expose chanda chor, seek resignation of Edu Minister

AKHNOOR, July 8: A massive protest was held by Congress party at Akhnoor to expose the " Chanda Chori" in holy Ram Temple at Ayudhia, seeking exposure, arrest and punishment to all culprits through SC monitored probe besides seeking resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over repeated paper leaks.
Led by PCC Working Raman Bhalla alongwith JK Congress Chief Spokesperson Ravinder Sharma, Contested candidate Prof Ashok Bhagat, Seva Dal Chief Vijay Sharma, Bharat Priye Chairman Kissan cell, Kuldeep Sharma, I/C Akhnoor constituency, Mangal Bral, Romesh Verma, Baldev Raj Bhagat, Joginder Sharma and other senior leaders, a large number of Congress workers held a protest demonstration at Bus stand Akhnoor to lodge strong resentment over the reports of Chanda loot at Ram Temple.
Carrying play cards & raising slogans seeking high level independent to expose all those behind and involved in the theft, the protestors said " Jo na hue Ram ke kya honge awam ke", questioning BJP led Modi government at the centre and Yogi government as to how such an open loot has taken place under the nose of double engine government. What were government agencies doing when this was happening they asked.
The protesters held strong resentment over the shameful act and causing great concern and loss of faith in the entire management system of the historic temple. It has hurt the religious sentiments and faith of crores of Hindus who want a fair, transparent and independent high level probe into the entire system and exposure of all those behind this.
They also raised slogans against NEET paper leaks and demanded the resignation of Edu Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
The protesters also raised slogans against power crisis and water shortage urging administration to understand the sufferings of people in this scorching heat. The people are facing shortage of irrigation in the absence of power.
Earlier addressing the gathering Raman Bhalla hit out at the centre government and UP for the wrong selection of people at the helm of affairs and failure to act against culprits before hand which has shaken the faith of crores of Hindus.
He said that a Supreme Court monitored probe should be conducted to expose all those behind & involved this heinous crime.
All those involved should be identified and given exemplary punishment.
He also said the trust should be dissolved to handover to saints, and religious heads besides declaring details of donations and gifts so far.
Ravinder Sharma launched an attack on Centre government for commercialization of Education system and spoiling the career abd lives of our youth and students who are committing suicides. He paid rich tributes to the young children and demanded resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan besides drastic reforms in entire education system.
Ashok Bhagat highlighted the acute water and power crisis faced by the people and farmers and demanded immediate steps by the government.
Several senior leaders and prominent functionaries of the party spoke on the occasion.
