| NC pay tributes to Beig, Shah | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 11: National conference leaders and workers in a meeting paid rich tributes to late Mirza Mohd Afzal Beig and Gh. Mohi-ud-Din Shah on their death anniversary here today. The meeting was presided by its provincial president Rattan Lal Gupta.
Addressing the meeting Gupta said that Mirza Afzal Beg shall be remembered for ever as he worked for the uplift of poor people of the state.
While remembering Mohi-ud-Din Shah, he said Shah was a simple of secularism, socialism and democracy. He served the people of the state as Minister and also general secretary of the party.
Harbans Singh and Ajay Sadotra also paid tributes to these great leaders. He said that real tributes to these leaders shall be to work hard to strengthen the party as they have done in their life.
The meeting was also addressed by Aslam Goni, Rachpal Singh, Ajaz Jan, Zubeda Salaria, Kashmir Singh, Lakshmi Datta, Rameshwar, Dilshada Malik, S.S. Jamna, Satwant Kour, Sarooj S.S. Bunty Youth Wing, Shyam Mehra, Ritu Gupta, Waris Gill and others.
