JAMMU, July 9: Continuing its three-decade-long tradition of serving devotees of Lord Shiva, Shree Shiv Shakti Vaishno Seva Mandal (Regd.), has organised its 30th Annual Bhandara for pilgrims undertaking the sacred Shree Amarnath Ji Yatra at the Bhagwati Nagar Base Camp, Jammu. The Langar is providing free, hygienic and nutritious meals to thousands of pilgrims before they proceed towards the holy cave shrine. The organisers said that the Bhandara is being conducted with the spirit of selfless service and devotion, ensuring that every yatri is served with care and hospitality. The Mandal has been actively associated with religious and social service activities and continues to extend support to pilgrims visiting the holy shrine every year. The office-bearers of the Mandal include Suresh Malik (Chairman), Yashpal Chaudhary (Jassa) (Chief Patron), Vishal Sharma (General Secretary), Pinky Khanna (Treasurer), Amarnath Nagpal (General Secretary), Ashish Khichori (Secretary), Ishwar Das (Co-Treasurer), K.K. Khurana (Joint Co-Treasurer), Rajeev Sethi (Advocate) (Legal Advisor), Jitender Gupta (Coordinator) and Shashi Sharma (Convenor). The Executive Committee comprises Tara Chand Batra, Pulkit Batra, Vinod Mehrotra, Raj Kumar Gupta, Ravi Sharma, Umesh Chaubey, Sunny Sehgal, Naveen Malik, K.P. Singh, J.P. Arora, Sanjay Tanwar, Avneesh Gulati, Ashok Taneja, Madan Pawar, Babli Narang Gogia, Jatin Dogra, Vineet Narang, Jai Mohan Talwar, Jitender Bakshi, Yoginder Yogi, Kamal Kaushik, Sanjay Bhatia, Pawan Sharma, Sanjay Sahdev and Sushil Singh, who are supervising various arrangements for the smooth functioning of the langar. The Jammu unit of the Mandal, comprising Navneet Mishra, Kuldeep Raj Gupta, Satish Mehrotra, Sahil Mehrotra, Ankush Gupta, Sanjay Sharma, Gaurav Kumar Gupta, Jayesh Gupta, T.K. Tandon, Pawan Kumar, Vikas Katyal, G.D. Singh, Vishwas Mahajan, Hitesh Raj, Ravi Sethi and Dr. Himanshi, is actively assisting in managing the Bhandara and ensuring that pilgrims receive seamless service. The Mandal reiterated its commitment to serving Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra pilgrims with dedication and devotion, stating that the annual Bhandara reflects its enduring mission of humanitarian service and religious commitment. |
