KATHUA, July 9: Today, on 09-07-2026 the Piping Ceremony was held at the Battalion Headquarters Kathua, for 43 newly promoted officials who were recently promoted vide APHQ J&K Srinagar order Nos. 1398 of 2026 and 1399 of 2026 dated 29-06-2026. Ranks were put on 18 newly promoted HCs & SGCTs by Atul Sharma, JKPS, Commandant, 19 JKAP IR Kathua.
Speaking on the occasion, the Commandant extended heartiest congratulations to the newly promoted officials and their families for this well-deserved promotion. Commandant appreciated the initiative taken by the senior officers and APHQ J&K for issuing timely promotion orders.
All the officers and officials present at the Bn. Hqrs participated in this ceremony to boost the morale of the promoted officials. This impressive function concluded with a lunch for all those present at Battalion Headquarters, Changran, Kathua, which was very much appreciated by all the newly promoted officials. |
