| NCP appoints office bearers | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU: Former minister and state president Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Thakur Randhir Singh on Thursday appointed Satish Gupta as state treasurer, Gulab Chand Bhagat as Chairman Traders Cell and Vijay Kumar Dogra general secretary Traders Cell with immediate effect.
Singh in his statement also confirmed that these portfolio holders will also work as members of State Working Committee.
