Early Times Report BANDIPORA, July 10: As part of the ongoing Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyan (NMJKA), awareness programmes under the theme "Maa Se Guftagu" were organised on Friday at Government Higher Secondary School Shadipora and Government Higher Secondary School Madwan to strengthen community participation in the fight against substance abuse and highlight the crucial role of mothers in safeguarding youth from drug addiction. At Government Higher Secondary School Shadipora, the programme was presided over by Assistant Labour Commissioner (ALC), Bandipora, Rabia Iqbal who attended as the nominated officer. Addressing the gathering, the ALC underscored the importance of collective responsibility in preventing substance abuse and emphasized the need for active involvement of parents, educational institutions and the community in guiding youth towards a healthy and drug-free future. |
