Slathia reaffirms commitment to people

SAMBA, July 11: Reaffirming his unwavering commitment to the welfare, prosperity and holistic development of the people of the Samba constituency, MLA Samba, Surjeet Singh Slathia, today laid the foundation stones for two major infrastructure projects aimed at strengthening public infrastructure and improving connectivity. He said that every development initiative undertaken by the BJP Government is dedicated to fulfilling the aspirations of the people and ensuring that the benefits of progress reach every village and every household.
The projects include the Infrastructure Development/Upgradation of Fruit & Vegetable Market, Tapyal, Samba at an estimated cost of Rs 46.22 lakh and the Construction of Link Road to AYUSH Hospital, Samba Nonath at an estimated cost of Rs 1.00 crore.
Addressing the gathering, Shri Slathia said that these projects would improve connectivity, strengthen local infrastructure, facilitate better public services and provide a boost to economic activities in the area. He reiterated that the development of Samba remains his foremost priority and assured the people that he would continue to work tirelessly to ensure the timely execution of all public welfare and infrastructure projects.
The MLA expressed his gratitude to the Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his visionary leadership and transformative governance. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, India has witnessed unprecedented growth in infrastructure, transparent governance and inclusive development. He added that the BJP Government has ushered in a new era of progress in Jammu & Kashmir by accelerating developmental works and ensuring that governance remains people-centric, transparent and accountable.
Slathia reiterated that the BJP Government is steadfastly working with the vision of "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas", and reaffirmed his resolve to continue serving the people of Samba with dedication, sincerity and commitment. He assured that no effort would be spared in transforming Samba into a model constituency through sustained development, improved infrastructure and enhanced public amenities.
Among those present on the occasion were Shri Nishant Sharma, Mandal President BJP Ghagwal; Smt. Samta Devi, Mahila Morcha President BJP Ghagwal; Shri Suresh Kumar Sharma, former DDC; former Sarpanches Aarpan Sharma, Parveen Sharma, Jasbir Singh, Jeet Raj Sharma and Tersaim Singh, besides senior BJP leaders, party workers, local representatives, officers and a large number of local residents.
