| Civil Defence, Jammu starts 5 day training rogramme | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 14: On the directions of Directorate of HG, CD and SDRF J&K, Srinagar 05 days Civil Defence basic training programme is started at Kendriya Vidyalaya no 1 Gandhi Nagar Jammu under the supervision Dy. SP. Tejinder Kour I/C Deputy Controller Civil Defence, Jammu. In the training camp 200 Students of K.V. No 01 are attending the said training. This training is on the knowledge of First Aid, prevention, management and control of Fire Fighting, Snake bite, CPR, Choking and other basic life saving technique and preventive measures during the natural/ manmade disaster.
On the inaugural programme of the training, lectures were delivered by the Civil Defence experts and highlighted the role of Civil Defence and importance of this training. Akash Gupta Principal of K.V.No 01 appreciated the training programme. Paramjit Kumar, Chief Warden, R.Vijay Magotra Dy Chief Warden Civil Defence, Jammu, and other staff of the School also present on the occasion. |
