JAMMU, July 14: FICCI FLO Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh (JKL) organised an engaging and interactive nutrition and wellness session with nationally acclaimed nutritionist Shikha Agarwal, who shared practical and evidence-based insights on healthy living with FLO members.
Shikha Agarwal, a renowned nutritionist and wellness expert, guided members on how simple, mindful changes in everyday eating habits can significantly improve overall health and well-being. During the interactive session, she highlighted how our daily kitchen holds the key to better nutrition and preventive healthcare, emphasizing that a healthy lifestyle does not require complicated routines but consistent, simple habits.
Addressing the gathering, Varsha Bansal, Chairperson, FICCI FLO JKL, welcomed the speaker and members, reiterating the chapter's commitment to promoting holistic well-being alongside women's professional and personal growth.
The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from members, who engaged in an interactive discussion, sought expert advice on nutrition-related concerns, and gained valuable insights into making healthier choices in their daily lives. The members appreciated the practical tips shared by Shikha Agarwal, particularly her message that the simplest routines, when followed consistently, can lead to a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.
The session was thoughtfully coordinated and organised by Ruchika Gupta, Past Chairperson, FICCI FLO JKL, whose efforts ensured an engaging and enriching experience for all the participants.
Among the core committee members present were Aarti Chowdhary ,Immediate Past Chairperson; Sona Mehta, Vice Chairperson; Deepti Gandotra, Joint Secretary; and Tanisha Pallan, Joint Treasurer.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks, with members expressing their appreciation for an informative and inspiring discussion that encouraged them to adopt sustainable and healthier lifestyle practices.
