| District admin, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, GoI host virtual interaction with PM | | | Early Times Report POONCH, July 26: The District Administration Poonch, in collaboration with My Bharat Kendra Poonch, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India today facilitated a virtual interaction of Prime Minister Narendra Modi with participants of the Viksit Vibrant Village Programme at the VC Room, Deputy Commissioner Office Poonch. During the interaction, the Prime Minister engaged with participants from across the country who had earned the opportunity to visit the Vibrant Villages of Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand after excelling in the Viksit Vibrant Village Programme Quiz. Participants from different parts of India took part in the session and shared their experiences and learnings from their visits to the border villages. The interaction provided a platform for participants to share their experiences and reaffirm their commitment to the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047. In his address, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of strengthening the bond between citizens and India's border villages. He also directed that all schools and colleges should organize educational tours to Vibrant Villages and other border areas, enabling students to understand their cultural richness, strategic importance and developmental progress, while fostering a stronger sense of patriotism and national integration. The programme concluded with officers reaffirming their commitment to promoting the objectives of the Viksit Vibrant Village Programme and supporting initiatives aimed at the holistic development of border areas. |
