| DCC (urban) pays glowing tributes to Chuni Lal Sharma | | |

Jammu, June 13- Glowing tributes were paid to veteran Congress leader and former Deputy Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Council Chuni Lal Sharma at a function organized by DCC (Urban) Jammu here today.
The meeting was presided over by Om Parkash Chopra, ex-MLA and President DCC Jammu.
Among others who paid tributes to late Chuni Lal included former deputy chief minister Mangat Ram Sharma, PCC Vice presidents Vinod Sharma and Amolak Singh, General Secretaries, office bearers, block and ward presidents of the party.
While paying tributes to late leader the speakers recalled the services of Sharma to the people and the organization. They described the late leader as a veteran Congressman who throughout his life worked for strengthening of party and the welfare of poor and down trodden sections of the society.
