| Lightening claims one life | | |

Srinagar June 13-An eighteen year old girl died while two others were injured when they were struck by the lightening in Kangan village of district Ganderbal last night.
Official sources said that lightening kills a girl on the spot while her bother and sister were injured after they struck by the lightening in a village Basti Sarfraw at Kangan last night.
The deceased girl has been identified as Bilqeesa (18) daughter of Syed Zulfiqar resident of Syed Basti Sarfraw Kangan while injured have been identified as Nazneen daughter of Syed Zulfiqar and Arif son of Syed Zulfiqar.
Both the injured were rushed to Sub District Hospital Kangan for treatment where their condition is stated to be stable.
