Jammu, June 14: The scheduled caste and backward classes cell, of national conference paid rich tribute to late, Babu Milki Ram Ex. Vice Chairman Schedule Caste Advisory Board Jammu and Kashmir on his 3rd birth anniversary here today.
Ram Paul, former minister and chairman of the party cell, which appreciating the role of the great dalit leader Babu Milki Ram, said that he through out his life worked for the upliftment of the dalit Samaj and struggled for the unity, integrity and prosperity of the different section of the society. He also called upon the people in general and schedule caste community in particular to follow the path of great visionary and social reformer.
On this occasion who paid tributes to the departed leader were Shiv Dass, Om Dalmotra, Prem Nath Bhagat, Sham Lal Mehra, Rajinder Chanyal, Kuldeep Sangral, Om Parkash, Kewal Krishan Jasiyal, Subash Chander, Khushi Ram, Charan Dass, Jagdish Dutt Sodi, Ramesh Chander, Bal Krishan Dogra, Lal Chand Hiteshi, Jameet Raj, Soma Devi, Dr. Y.P. Singh, Master Bishamber Dass, Sushil Kumar, Ashok Tyagi, Chaman Lal, Ayodaya Lal, Angrejoo Ram, Master Bansi Lal and Rajinder Bhagat.
