DIG, DC flag off mega Tiranga rally at Udhampur 8/13/2026 9:51:39 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, Aug 13: To promote the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign and commemorate 150 years of Vande Mataram, the District Administration Udhampur today organized a mega Tiranga rally in the district. Deputy Inspector of General Police Shiv Kumar Sharma, Deputy Commissioner Minga Sherpa and Senior Superintendent of Police Amritpal Singh jointly flagged off the rally from Dak Bungalow. Officers and officials of the civil and police administration, members from civil society and hundreds of students and staff from the educational institutions participated enthusiastically in the rally, carrying the 1650 metre long National flag and raising patriotic slogans.
