Srinagar, Jun 15: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in his capacity as the Chancellor of the Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, has nominated Financial Commissioner, Planning and Development Department S. L. Bhat as Chairman of the Committee for making selection for appointment of Vice Chancellor of the said University.
