| KPs protest non implementation of PM package | | | Early Times Report Srinagar, June 15: Hundreds of KP protestors demanding implementation of PM package were taken into custody when they mobilized in front of CM secretariat in the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir today. To stress the government for implementation of PM package, Kashmiri Pandits on Monday protested against the delaying tactics of state government which according to them has complicated the problems of the community. Hundreds of KPs including women and children under the leadership of R.K.Bhat, President All India Kashmiri Samaj (youth wing) and Bharat Raina, President United Kashmiriyat Forum sat in front of CM secretariat and raised their voice against the non implementation of PMs Package. Police swung into action and arrested the protestors who were however, later on released. Earlier while addressing the Protestants R.K. Bhat and Bharat Raina expressed regrets for the dilly dallying tactics of state government which has added to the pangs of the community members. They further said that thousands of KP youth were jobless and the implementation of package could well bring some sort of relief for them. The protestants shouted slogans against the government and criticized its weak policies against the community.
