DODA, Aug 29: In continuation of its sustained efforts to trace missing persons, Doda Police successfully traced a woman who had earlier been reported missing from the Kahara area of District Doda and safely reunited her with her family.
The missing woman, namely Rubina Begum, W/o Mohd Ashan, R/o Joura, Tehsil Kahara, District Doda, had been reported missing earlier, following which Police Post Kahara, under the jurisdiction of Police Station Gandoh, initiated necessary proceedings and launched efforts to trace her whereabouts.
A police team of Police Post Kahara, through persistent follow-up and sustained efforts, successfully traced the missing woman on 29.08.2026.
After completing all necessary legal and procedural formalities, the traced woman was safely handed over to her legal heirs/family members.
Accordingly, the missing report was closed vide DDR No. 05 dated 29.08.2026 at Police Post Kahara.
