| Budget session of Parliament from July 2 | | | Agencies New Delhi, June 15: The Budget session of Parliament will commence from July 2 and will continue till August seven. The decision was taken by the Union Cabinet at its meeting chaired by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh here today. During the session, the Railway Budget will be presented on July three and the General Budget on July six. This will be the first budget to be presented by the new UPA Government that took over on May 22. Earlier, the vote on account was passed at the week-long session of Parliament held from June one to nine.
