| Migrant substitute teachers regularized | | | Early Times Report Srinagar, June 15: Minister for Education and Public Enterprises, Peerzada Mohammad Syed has approved the regularization of 594 teachers and 21 non-teaching officials who had been appointed against migrant vacancies in Anantnag and Kulgam districts. The formal orders for the regularization of migrant substitutes in the twin districts of Anantnag and Kulgam were issued here today. Regularization of the migrant substitutes was a long pending demand which stands fulfilled with the issuance of the order. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister exhorted upon the teachers to work with dedication and zeal and said that the performing teachers will be suitably rewarded. Eulogizing the pivotal role of teachers in shaping the future of the students as well as the country, Peerzada reiterated the commitment of the government for providing quality education in the state.
