JAMMU, Sept 1: 05 Days Civil Defence Basic Training Course commenced at NITS Polytechnic, Indira Nagar, Miran Sahib, Jammu under the supervision of Zia-Ul-Haq-Dy.SP Deputy Controller Civil Defence, Jammu. The training programme was coordinated by Sh. Paramjit Kumar Chief Warden, Civil Defence, Jammu.
Around 116 Students are enthusiastically participating in 05 days Civil Defence Basic Training Course. The participants are being imparted both theoretical and practical knowledge on Civil Defence, Disaster Management, First Aid, Fire fighting, CPR, Search and Rescue, and other life saving techniques. Savinder Gupta, Chairman of the institute, Sh Anu Gupta, Principal and faculty members are also attended the programme. The chairman of the institute appreciated the efforts of Civil Defence, Jammu for organizing the training programme. They also expressed their support for such initiatives aimed at enhancing disaster preparedness and developing basic emergency response skills among students. |
