In case the learners face difficulty in registering on the portal (not getting OTP/ forgot Username/Password or any other difficulty), they need to approach Regional Centre Jammu for re-setting of their account/updating email ID or mobile number at [email protected]. For filling the admission form online, candidates need to create a User ID and Password on the SAMARTH portal and be ready with a Mobile No., Email ID, properly scanned academic documents, photograph and Bank Debit /Credit/Net Banking for payment of fee. Learners are advised to go through the Programme Guide for details of the courses on offer. Change of course at a later stage may result in loss of time available which may impact the normal course of study. Learners are advised that in case online payment is not updated, do not make the second payment immediately. They should wait for a day, check the payment status and then proceed further. "The learners must provide their personal email ID, Mobile Number, and use their own Credit/Debit Card and exercise caution while making payment at the time of admission so as to rule out any kind of cyber fraud", said Dr. Mohan Sharma, Senior Regional Director Regional Centre Jammu. |
